Mourinho says he is treated differently from other managers

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has asked for “the same rules for everyone”, after serving his second touchline ban of the season.

Mourinho will return to the dugout, when United travel to Everton on Sunday, after he was banned for the EFL quarter-final clash against West Ham in midweek.

The Portuguese accepted an FA’s charge for improper conduct, after he
kicked a water bottle during the 1-1 draw with West Ham in the Premier League .

“The only thing I would like would be the same rules for everyone,” he said.
“Let’s go back to the last one. I kick a bottle of water. I cannot do it. If I do it, then it’s a sending off. After that there is a punishment.

“I accept that’s a sending off and, in fact, if you see the images when the referee comes across, I don’t say a word of complaint.

“I accept the suspension of one match and it’s as simple as that. But it has to be the same for every manager. It has to be the same.”
